The HP Swivel connects between the airless spray pump and hose, or between hose and gun. Free 360° rotation prevents hose twisting during spray — reducing kinking, hose wear, and operator fatigue on long jobs. 304 SS body with PTFE seals rated for high-pressure airless systems. Available in M22 and 3/8" BSP.

FAQs — HP Swivel

Where exactly do I fit the HP Swivel in my system?
The HP Swivel can be fitted at the pump outlet (between pump and hose), between two hose sections, or at the gun inlet (between hose and gun). The most common position is at the gun inlet — this gives the operator maximum freedom of movement without twisting the hose.
What connection sizes are available?
The HP Swivel is available in M22 and 3/8" BSP as standard connections. Other sizes can be supplied on request. Contact our technical team with your hose fitting size and we will confirm the correct swivel.
Will the HP Swivel fit my existing hose connections?
HP Swivels are specified to match your existing hose fittings. Contact us with your hose size and connection type — we will confirm the correct swivel for your system.
What is the difference between HP and LP Swivel?
The HP Swivel has a 304 SS body and is rated for high-pressure airless spray hose lines. The LP Swivel has a lightweight aluminium body and is designed for air supply lines and low-pressure paint transfer lines. Always use the HP Swivel on your airless spray hose.
